Folded Forms by Alexander Heinz turns modular paper folding into a system for building colourful geometric sculptures. Eight basic folded models can be repeated and combined in different ways, opening the door to more than 60 finished forms.

Key features

  • Introduces eight modular paper-folding models based on geometric shapes.
  • Shows how triangles, squares, pentagons and hexagons can be assembled into more than 60 symmetrical forms.
  • Uses a consistent edge length so different modules can connect cleanly with one another.
  • Combines hands-on paper craft with spatial reasoning, pattern and geometry.
